Carcass-to-Keys™ is Nimak Homes' structured approach to helping clients understand and manage the journey from purchasing an unfinished property to achieving a completed, habitable home.
The client is free to choose who handles the finishing.
Nimak does not force clients into a particular contractor or finishing arrangement.
